Returns & Refunds

DirectorFeng Tools & Parts is operated by Chengdu Youzhixin Technology Co., Ltd. . If you need help with a purchase, email shopify@directorfeng.com. We usually respond within 2 business days.

Our 14-day return policy

We offer a change-of-mind return period to customers in all destinations we serve. Notify us within 14 calendar days after receiving your goods, then send them back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You do not need to give a reason.

Please include your order number or other proof of purchase and identify the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. A cancellation notice sent on time remains valid even if we reply later. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Item condition

You may unpack and reasonably inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Please include all supplied parts and accessories, use the original packaging where possible, and package the return securely.

For change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law, we may deduct the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening the packaging alone does not remove your return rights. We do not charge a fixed restocking fee.

Returns are sent to mainland China. We currently do not offer an overseas return address.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage unless applicable law requires us to cover it. This includes ordering the wrong item where our product description was accurate.

International return postage can be significant. Please check carrier prices before purchasing. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos or video, where practical, can help us assess it.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, we will respect that choice.

If a return is necessary, we will arrange or cover the necessary reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before paying for shipping so we can help arrange it.

The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned goods, less any legally permitted deduction for diminished value.

If you cancel and return the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable unless required by law. For partial returns, original delivery charges are refunded where required by law.

We issue refunds without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice. Where legally permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Any shorter mandatory deadline applies.

Refunds go to the original payment method, without a refund processing fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds. Refunds for faulty or incorrect goods follow the applicable legal requirements.

Additional regional rights

The following provisions explain certain regional rights and take priority over conflicting terms above.

European Union, United Kingdom and Norway

For ordinary online purchases covered by statutory withdrawal rules, you have a legal right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after delivery. For goods from one order delivered separately, the statutory period generally starts after receipt of the last item.

Send your cancellation notice before the deadline, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You may use any clear statement; our optional form below is not mandatory.

For cancellation of the entire order, the refund includes standard outbound delivery costs. You bear the direct return postage only where permitted and properly disclosed before purchase. Statutory extensions caused by missing required cancellation information remain available.

Your separate statutory rights concerning faulty goods continue beyond the change-of-mind period.

Australia

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you are entitled to choose a replacement or refund and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 14-day change-of-mind policy is additional to these rights and does not limit them.

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable longer cancellation period, shorter refund deadline, seller-paid return requirement or additional remedy takes priority.
